Lia Tuska

I'm Evangelia (but everybody calls me Lia), member of AEGEE-Kastoria since May 2012. Being part of a new-born antenna gave me motivation to express my creativity by organising many local events. For some strange reason they call me "mom" :P During this summer, I spent a whole month in Bulgaria and I fell in love (maybe with Sofia... or not ;) ), so I also joined AEGEE-Sofia. I study Informatics and Computer Technology and that's why I was IT at my local board last year, but now I am at a position that most fits me, the secretary. On European Level, I'm Vise-Speaker of IT Committee and Secretary of Human Rights Working Group. As my friends say, I am a very positive person and if you meet me, there is 99% possibility to see me smiling. I love writing and travelling, so by joining the AEGEEan team I'm at the right place :D

Member of the Month September – Arsenis Tselengidis and the key for a successful NetCom: “be accessible and work 24/7!”

I first met Arsenis at my first AEGEE event, Agora Budapest 2012. Even though he was really busy as President of AEGEE-Thessaloniki and main organizer of the upcoming NWM Thessaloniki, he helped me to find an accomodation place for the ITC (IT Committee) meeting last year. He didn’t just revive AEGEE-Thessaloniki, but also helped with finding members for the new… Read more →
