Open Call – Improving AEGEE events – join the Events Quality Assurance Committee!

Dear Boardies,

 
Have you organised more events for your local than you could count?
If you would like to pass on best practices and improve the quality of events within AEGEE, here is your chance – as a member of the Events Quality Assurance Comittee!

The new team of E.Q.A.C. will not only have a chance to:
– have a complete overview of all the events taking place within the AEGEE network each year,
– improve the preparation and organisation of events in AEGEE,
– support the locals in the planning and promotion of their events,

BUT the new team will also have a chance to attend a training event in Brussels with trainers invited from the European Youth Forum.

Having a basic knowledge on the principles of Quality Assurance is a widely recognised and useful skill to have for whoever that like to look at organisation and planning in terms of: where to improve the status quo?

We are looking for :
Members of the committee

Your tasks will be:

1. Evaluating applications to organise European and AEGEE Events
2. Support locals in promoting European events
3. Creating guidelines for event assessment and working on the evaluation form
4. Contacting, helping and supporting organisers in case of questions or problems
5. Conducting evaluation of the events based on the feedback received from participants and organizers;

Public Relations responsible

Your tasks will be:
1. Develop a strategy to promote the work of the committee
2. Create visuals for promotional purposes
3. Support the locals with the promotion of their events
