OPEN CALL for Events Quality Assurance Commitee Taskforce

Dear Network,

We are glad to open an Open Call for members of Events Quality Assurance Committee Taskforce.

Are you the most experienced event organiser of your local?

Do you want to learn even more and put Event Management in your CV by learning the Europe-wide approved form of quality assurance?

Join E.Q.A.C. Taskforce to learn how to improve the planning management and evaluation of your events for you and for your local!

According to Activity Plan Taskforce will work on following projects:

  • Development of new assessment form system

  • Development of new evaluation form

  • Data mining and impact measurement

  • Creation of Impact Measurement Booklet

  • Work on AEGEEnda

  • Development of Badge system

 

E.Q.A.C. is also offering following:

  • Work in international and intercultural team

  • Work in cooperation with different European bodies of AEGEE-Europe

  • Personal development on field of Quality Assurance

Also, during this time in Committee and until end of current team term, every member of Taskforce will receive training on Quality Assurance Framework that E.Q.A.C. is implementing in AEGEE. After such training each member will be fully capable to apply as full members of Committee.

To be eligible for this position, applicants should fit the following criteria:

– Have experience in organizing events

– Be responsible and reliable

– Be motivated and enthusiastic

– Have enough free time to dedicate to this tasks (around 6-8 hours per week, skype meetings…)
