SUPS 2014: #1 in SU-Organizer to-do list!

After brainstorming about catchy title and description, thinking of dates and cooperation, when the  button “submit” was pushed, the first part of organizing of any SU is over. But now it comes to more important and difficult step – implementing all words and promises in the real life and here is a magic trick that might help SU-organizers who want to do their best: SUPS.

Since Summer University project is the oldest and most successful project of AEGEE-Europe, there is the need to preserve it and improve it year by year. Towards this direction, trainings play an important role as they pass the knowledge from previous generations to the next ones.

So, you want to organize an event. And of course, the Events Quality Assurance Committee is here to help you!

What is the whole process you need to follow in order for your event to be submitted, approved and evaluated?
Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Send us an e-mail regarding your application 3 months in advance. Describe the event thoroughly so we can fully undestand what exactly you are planning to organize. You are advised to check the Quality Events Manual, follow the 10 steps described and keep up with the deadlines. It’s all about the money $$$

Audit Commission checks the Financial Reports of all locals and Working Groups, help locals in managing their finances  and audits the bookkeeping of the Financial Director.

Members of the AC:

David García Rodríguez started his first steps in AEGEE  at local level, in AEGEE – León. With high motivation he joined the board as FR, increasing the financial resources it his Local. After some experience in the European Level, he decided to candidate to the Audit Commission, been elected as President in AGORA Zaragoza, for the term of 2013-2014 – Zaragoza – Cagliari.
