Starting with a very early train (around 5 AM) and a long train ride, I arrived in the early afternoon to the city of M\u00fcnchen, where we had the meeting with the members and the Board of AEGEE-M\u00fcnich in their cosy office. Amongst many topics, we mostly focused on recruitment, as M\u00fcnchen is a very international city with lots of opportunities, and on how to mentor the newly joined members in order to keep them in the organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_39429\" style=\"width: 194px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/?attachment_id=39429\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-39429\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-39429\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-39429\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/Stuttgart-1-e1488564834341-300x296.jpg\" alt=\"Tekla with Robert, the President of AEGEE-Stuttgart \" width=\"184\" height=\"181\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/Stuttgart-1-e1488564834341-300x296.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/Stuttgart-1-e1488564834341-768x758.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/Stuttgart-1-e1488564834341.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 184px) 100vw, 184px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-39429\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tekla with Robert, the President of AEGEE-Stuttgart<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The next day continued with two\u00a0stops in two\u00a0different cities: in the afternoon, I managed to have a short meeting with Robert, the President of AEGEE-Stuttgart where we mostly discussed the current situation of the local, some of the upcoming plans (including a European event, stay tuned) and how to improve collaboration with nearby locals and with other student organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the evening, I arrived in Mannheim, where apart from some of the board members and the active members of AEGEE-Mannheim, Mareike Ritter (the Network Commissioner of AEGEE-Mannheim) could also join us for the meeting.
