Open Call – 2 NetCom assistants

Dear Network,

We are launching two open calls for assistants of the Network Commission. We are looking for one AEGEE member who would like to be our data Analyst and one member who can help us with the general tasks of the Network Commission.

Data analyst:

We are interested to map out the cooperations that exist between AEGEE locals and Universities in each city, as well as with other NGO’s to get an overview about existing support and how our association and members can benefit from these agreements. Moreover we would like to complete and structur our SWOT database, containing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunties and threats of the locals. We believe that this is valuable information for our work to support the network to the fullest. As data Analyst you will work quite independently and will give regular updates about your findings to the Network Commission, especially to the Speaker Team.

We are looking for a motivated, responsible person who is proactive in collecting the necessary information and able to work independently.

General assistant:

As a general Assistant you closely cooperate with the members of the Network Commission and  help out with the standard tasks, as there are: support of locals, developing the network and connecting the different bodies of our association. Additionally the assistant should take minutes during the weekly meetings on Thursday evening and contribute to the internal work plan topics. We are looking for someone who is motivated to support our work  and enjoys being part of a international team where most of the work is done virtually. Already releated work experiences to the task of Network Commission  or practical experiences on work with podio is preferred but not required.
