She wants to know more about what motivates people around her and how she can best create an environment where people stick to their mission, enjoy what they are doing as opposed to just doing it out of obligation.
Thomas Leszke – Ex-CD Projects Director
He would like to make his experience and knowledge available to as many new AEGEE members as possible. He would like to become more systematic, learn developing complex training concepts (for European Schools for instance), and create standard presentations or workshop concepts for some of the fields he has a deeper knowledge in. For him, development in these fields has priority over trying new fields.
HR Worker: Burak Ölmez
He is extremely motivated and he especially wants to focus on HR and PR in organisational structures. He has attended the Public Relations European School 2 (May 2011, NoviSad) which inspired him to apply for being an HR worker. He wants to continue to work on strategy development and take the academy steps forward.
Annamaria Nemeth
Local: AEGEE-Budapest
She wanted to join the Academy because she believed it would be the best AEGEE body for her on the European level. She has interest and experience in HR and sees a need for developments in the field of HR in AEGEE. She thinks that she would be able to contribute to it as a member of the Academy.
