Why did you join the Academy?
I joined the Academy because I was already an experienced trainer in Poland and I saw it as an opportunity for myself to develop my skills (as a trainer and as a manager) on an international level.
How has Academy helped you grow?
I have 2 grey hairs more andweigh 5 kilo less… Just kidding! I’ve grown in various fields. I got opportunities to work with active, motivated and experienced trainers and project managers from whom I could learn. I attended international events, such as Trainers Forum or 25th EFPSA Congress. All of these experiences have broadened my horizons and made a better trainer. And last but not least my English is definitely better than before I became a board member of the Academy.
What are your plans after the ACA?
Even if I will not be board member of the Academy I would like to be still active in the Academy, maybe as a trainer during events or as co-manager of one an event. I’m already working as trainer so I think nothing will change in this respect.
