>Getting ready for the first Human Resources European School

>

Between 9th and 11th of December in the CD house there was Concept Development Team Meeting of Human Resources European School (HRES).

HRES is a unique project, created as a response to the needs of the whole network – it’s aim is to improve Human Resources structure and knowledge in whole AEGEE. The first edition of this training will take place in Budapest in September and therefore six people involved in preparing this event met in Brussels to discuss the concept of training. Members of our Dream Team are: Tomasz Szreder, Radu Racareanu, Sido de Weerd (all from AEGEE-Academy), Anita Kalmane (AEGEE–Europe Vice President and Network Director) and Joanna Koper (Vice President of Human Resources in AEGEE-Lublin), as well as is Piotrek Wojciechowski as Project Manager of HRES (former president of AEGEE–Lublin and member of AEGEE–Academy).

We had great time together, full of hard but fruitful work and we can be proud of the results of this meeting. Personally I wanted to thank Anita, Radu, Tomek, Sido, Piotrek – preparing this project with you was for me an amazing experience!

Except of working we were partying, cooking and sightseeing – preparing meal for 20 people in CD house is a challenge that we confronted – managed to cook tasty soup and prepare delicious pasta salad. ;) :) At this point we want to thank very much to all CD members for their hospitality and support. It was great to visit CD house and spent time in such a company (and I mean not only the CD, but also other projects that visited House in the same time)! Thank you guys! You’re awesome! :D

We keep our fingers crossed for Piotrek, host local AEGEE-Budapest and all the HRES preparation. We are sure that this event will rock and have great positive influence on whole Network! See U in Budapest :)!
