>First time for me in Romania, first BEST event. They surely spend a lot of money and FR energy on their PM. 5 star hotel at the Black Sea coast is not bad at all. Surprisingly big fondness of singing in this organisation. President is mascot dancing in the middle of the plenary (Dragan, consider it :p). They also like encouraging people to French kiss and have a somewhat cruel way of dealing with weak locals.
