Have you ever thought about visiting your beloved CD members in Brussels? Do you want to know more about those 8 people who are living in Brussels and working hard for AEGEE? Or you are just wondering how CD house is look like…

If you ever had such questions it’s time for you to book tickets and come to Brussels and see CD house by yourself, all AEGEE members are welcome to visit us. Naturally, it’s necessary to have some basic rules of visiting AEGEE house which you can find below.

Do you want to come?
Please inform the Secretary General (headoffice@aegee.org) at least 1 week before your arrival. As general rules for distributing the guests are applied. Don’t forget to leave your contacts (email and phone number)!


General Rules
  • The house is a non smoking place. If you want to smoke, you will have to do it at the balcony, the garden or any other outdoor place.
  • In the house there are no locks: when you see a closed door, remember that you have to always knock!
  • Guests are not allowed to enter private rooms without permission and when CD members are not in the house.
  • All guests have to cook dinner for all people at the house – once every 3 nights you’re staying.
  • AEGEE workers that are more than four should cook every night
  • Guests should use guests’ fridge and guests’ shelf
  • Always clean the kitchen after yourself
  • Always clean the shower after yourself
  • If it’s a working day – please do not occupy the shower from 8.30 to 10.00 at the morning (CD members should start their working day on time)
  • Do not talk loud after 22.30, we have very sensitive neighbours. If you want to have a conversation with other people during the night– please go to the social basement
  • Please, be careful with garbage: paper put to yellow bags, plastic cans and paper package from drinks – to blue ones, other garbage – white bags.
Overnight
The main purpose of the house is working, so:

  • No more than 10 guests per night.
  • No more than 3 nights per guest.
  • No money will be asked for sleeping in the house.
Cleaning
  • Before leaving, the guests have to make sure that they didn’t leave any garbage (or personal belongings) in the house.
  • The guests are kindly requested to help with the general cleaning of the house during their stay.
It’s easy to follow and make happy your CD members and all people who are staying in the house with you.
